Empower Yourself And Have Fun Doing So With Train And Play
Train and Play is a community to help you empower yourself and your families and be active to support your mental health whilst still having fun through the enjoyment of sport.
We are not about perfect six packs and PBs. It’s about trying to understand the real mental health benefits of exercise: lifestyle changes, new communities, coping with mental illness, overcoming personal tragedies, changing self-confidence. Building a place where people feel comfortable explaining and exploring how exercise has impacted their mental health.
We believe that exercising is not just about the way you look on the outside, more importantly it is about the way it makes you feel on the inside.
Join us and use sport, exercise and movement to change your lives, improve your mental health or cope with mental illness.
